INSTEAD OF SUCKING AIR IN MY HOOVER STEAM VAC 2 IS BLOWING OUT AIR ? CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A CLUE?

make sure that the lid on the recovery canister is properly sealed. Otherwise the Steamvac will just blow stuff around. Mine just did the same thing and it was because the lid wasn't on properly, it looked like it was on properly but it wasn't.
