How do I re move door panel?

I have a picasso and I'am having trouble with the central locking,could anyone tell me how to remove the door panel.

find the screws on the door panel first. check all around the door most screws are on the bottom and there should be another in or around the armrest, their probably a phillips screw so ull need a screwdriver.
