i have a 1997 honda sj50 bali ex and it wont go above 20 mph engine is to maximum revs, sound really rough! help me please,
bin told that it could be pulley or belt ?

i have same problem and i have been told its the mixture screw on the carb i havent tried it yet i have been told to turn the screw all the way in and then 1 and a half turns out

your cluch is away or you need to turn the resister up
