whirpool thin twin washer bouncy agitation during rinse?

my whirlpool thin twin heavy duty washer is bouncing like it has an unbalanced load every time it gets to the spin/rinse cycle toward the end of the load. Every other cycle seems fine. Agitation in beginning is fine. How do I fix this? It is bouncing so hard it is marking up the wall next to it.

it sounds like you do not have enough clothes in the machine
most front loading machines will do what you say if it has an out of balance load, it happens also with very heavy loads like towels, try putting more clothes in so that when it goes into spin it has a balanced load, if it still happens you may need to have the suspension legs replaced.
