wont let me send emails and there is a padlock next to my password

I have not been able to log in to my messanger for about 4 months now, ive used my correct details but it dunt seem to work, my accounts either been closed or its been hacked into, ive got a few hundred contacts in there aswell and important emails, its really damn annoying aswell.
