Check to make sure that your brake lights are working. A blown fuse, or bad brake light switch, will not unlock your shift lock mechanism on the t-bar. This is of course, if your vehicle has a shift lock on it. Check for a small button on the t-bar assy panel, push it in, and see if you can get out of park!
