If you remove the right hand road wheel and remove the plastic inner arches you will see the washer reservoir. Un-clip any electrical connections then with a 10mm socket or spanner undo the retaining screw that holds the filler neck to the engine bulkhead, remove the filler neck from the main tank. The 2nd nut you can access from underneath and to the front end of the reservoir (towards the front of the car), be careful as you remove the last nut as the tank will more than likely dislodge itself emptying any remaining contents...
follow the reverse to refit.
