Very simple go to a car parts store. Get the manual for your specific model and year should be about $16. Tell the cashier what parts you need (brake pads for a 01 Chrysler neon and the engine size. He will be able to look up exactly what you need. The book will have a break down of the entire car and how to put it back together. Should be fairly simple "brakes" Raise car, put jack under car, remove wheels remove caliper bolts, support caliper with string or something, remove pads, clip new pads on and put it back together.
