my ca230 hoover washing machine 1300 spin special edition.The problem is the drum wil only make feeble attempts to turn left and right when in the heavier wash modes, I have ruled out bad motor but cannot decide between controller and programmer unit machine spins ok please what should i do?

Check inside your pump this can cuase this problem, also check motor brushes.
