how do i remove the flexible hose of my dyson dc04 ?

Hi.

Pull out metal wand from hose, remove waste bin unit.
look at where waste bin sat you will see a small semi circular button, push this back with a flat bladed screwdriver while pulling up on the bottom cable holder that fixed to hose.
It should then come out,
