My Dyson DC01 Absolute has no suction from the pipe. I have fitted a new fan belt, and checked all the channels are clear which they are. Only a few weeks ago we put in new filters and now I am stuck. The motor seems fine. To be honest this model has not had the best suction right from when we bought it. Any Ideas?

Check that all the parts are connected together without gaps, we found that bits of grit can prevent parts from fitting together properly and result in loss of suction. Dysons website has instructions.
