Does anyone know how to remove old tile paint from tiles?

I am trying to redecorate bathroom. Painted tiles before with special tile paint. Cant get it off now!! any ideas, its driving me nuts. Thanks

phoned ronseal they recommend using colron furniture stripper if you want it all off. if you just want to touch it up rub off flakey stuff with wire wool,wipe with white spirits leave a few minutes then paint.

have discovered that ronseal paint remover will take it off in case anyone else has same problem
