Fastening the rubber sole to the rubber base on my golf shoe?

The bottom portion ( that closest to the heal] of my rubber soled golf shoes has come lose and I've tried several different adhesives to repair it ,but nothing seems to hold for very long. The sole is a fairly thick piece of rubber that needs to be fastened to a rubber bottom, needs to be waterproof and gets a lot of abuse---any ideas ?? The shoes are Footjoys.

There is a great product called "Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive". I fixed a similar shoe problem with it and it has lasted for 2 years and is still strong, waterproof and flexible. You can buy it on Ebay or at Stormsure Ltd website. I guarantee you will be impressed!
