bought an Ex BT transit 2000 model SWB. Very slow?

does anyone know how to sort out the restrictors that BT put on their vans ? Its an electrical job i think ?

If this is the 2000-2006 shape and it has a restrictor then it is dealer removal only but as far as I am aware they never had restrictions on the BT vans as they just bought the lowest spec engine.
