It rarely makes it out of the house, consequently it is like new.
I plugged it into 110 ac today and it wouldn't play the radio or charge a battery. The radio works fine with a battery tho. Is there a fuse inside that I can replace? I have removed the 4 screws from the back of the radio. Do the 2 sections need to be pryed forcibly? Thx for any help TJ....
OK Heres the scoop...I fixed it myself. I phoned dewalt and told them the problem. They told me they have a program whereas they wont charge me more than $85 dollars for a "radio problem. What are my chances of being charged anything less than $85.00?
I hunted around the net and found a place that lists all the parts for that radio...Voila..It takes a fuse. two of them actually. A trip to dewalt, and two fuses for 2 bucks. I think I saved myself $83.00
Hope this helps someone.......TJ"
So how did you get to the fuses? I have the same problem
