The part you have listed from espares.co.uk is an exhaust thermostat, this fits inside of the filter bay.....I have just replaced mine but it did not solve the problem. The filter care light still remains on....(ggrrrrrr).

I currently have the same problem. I am just about to buy a new thermostat from www.espares.co.uk part no 28382155, price £9.38. It fits on the back of the heating element.
