HOW DO I REMOVE REAR WHEEL HUBS ON A FORD KA?

My handbrake sticks on my Ford Ka 1999, I need to get into the brake pads to check for the problem but I can't remove the wheel hub, how do I do this please?

Ka of that year don't have pads on the back, they have drums and shoes
