HOW IS BEST TO CLEAN A GLASS WHIRLPOOL STOVE ????

I HAVE A WHIRLPOOL GLASSTOP STOVE AND WHEN I FRY SOMETHING ON IT IT WILL SPATTER AT TIMES AND THEN IS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. I RUN A BED AND BREAKFAST AND IT "MUST" BE CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. HOW IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN IT AND CAN I EVEN PUT TIN FOIL ON IT ALSO ????

ceramic hobs are best cleaned with hob brite ive recommended it for 15 years+ (sainsburys tesco asda)
it is a cream but it is agressive enough to clean ceramic hobs (its designed for the job) you can also use a hob scraper as well for the tough stuff this is a scraper with a flexible blade available from your better cookware shops

i have a kenmore glass top stove i use soft scrub with bleach and a scrubby and it works great. no on the foil though, just sounds like a bad idea.
