My washier is leaking, how do I diagnose the problem?

My whirlpool ultimate care II washer is leaking and is only 2 years old. The model# LSQ9110PW2. The water goes into the washer but leaks immediately onto the floor, never filling. Could it be the pump or something worse? Please help.

the drawer hose is after coming off ;that gos on to drum remove top unplug machine refit hose or it might clogged with powder.
