iv just installed my webcam....step by step as instructed....but the taskbar keeps showing 'webcam disconnected' when it is clearly connected!! the LED light is on. and my webcam screen is up and broadcasting....but the screen is black!

i have vista home premium....and im hating everything about this program...!!!!

please please please help - someone - anyone??!!!
