How can I fix my refrigerator Kenmore (Model # 25351692100)?
My refrigerator's ice dispenser doesn't works properly. Ice running in crush even i push button "cubes". Button cubes switch to green, but ice still crushed.
I keep finding water under my refrigerator. Turned off water to ice maker still leaks. Took back off exposing coils and noticed water leaking out of a black tube where it comes out of the bottom of frige. Any idea what this is and how to fix?

Mine had so much ice stuck in the shoot that i broke the push lever when trying to get ice. I got the new actuator from Sears but don't know how to pull the cover off the ice and water dispenser to replace it. Any help?

Completly remove the ice bin and look into the shoot. You will probably find ice cubes keeping the crushing mechanism engaged. I had the same problem and this is what I found.

My Kenmore refrigerator did the same thing. I removed the ice bin and made sure there weren't any ice cubes lodged in the bin. I dumped the ice and allowed the bin to thaw out. That didn't fix the problem, so I realized there is a switch in the back of the freeze behind the ice bin inside of a recessed square opening. I pushed down on the switch until it popped into place and then my ice maker started making cubes again. After dealing with this for months, I was amazed how fast I fixed the issue.
