Vauxhall Zafira central locking problem?

Central locking on my 2001 zafira does not work on one of the rear doors - originally the door could be locked/unlocked manually but now it is permanently locked & will not open.
Any suggestions

had same problem rear n/side door apparently a common fault on this door bought a2nd hand motor for c/l in that door £35 from on line breaker arrived next day easy fitted all ok!
