How do i set the timer on my ariston eurocombi boiler?

I how do I set the timer on my boiler. I pushed the reset button and the numbers 1-7 are flashing. I'm not sure of the exact model but it is an Ariston Eurocombi. Please help me.

I would love a copy of that as well please. My EuroCombi STYX model is SX2 MFFICE.

I believe I have worked it out, but I would love to get a copy of the instructions just to sanity check my work.

Is it the round, black digital clock / timer?
