Error e007 indicates that the top half of the fixing unit is not rotating. Fixing unit consists of a lower rubber roller and an upper unit useing a thin pastiic film around several drive rollers. The rear off this film is cut at an angle so as it rotates it paddles a sensor arm in and out of a sensor. E007 means it is not seeing this signal changing on, off, on, off etc. The film is either damaged or moved to far to the front. It will need to be removed for inspection.
