How to rebuild the carb on a 5 hp Briggs and Stratton?

Recently bought a Carter Bros. made go cart with a 5 horse Biggs motor, the carb is completely flooding the engine, actually soaking the spark plug with gas.........Is there any sites or places where I can obtain rebuild instructions?..........Thanks for any and all help......Mike

mate take off the fuel bowl and inside you will see a float (that moves up and down)adjust the back of the float up where it pushes the needle up into the chamber do this with a screwdriver so it shuts off the fuel when it is lifted up ( as like when it has fuel in it) if the problem still occurs you will need to buy a new needle and seat from any mower place just pull out the float pin at the back of the float ( holds the float to the assembly) and the whole assembly will come out, float, needle, and sometimes a retaining spring .some have a rubber round ring(seat) up where the needle came from, pull this out and replace it if it has one
take a photo of it with your phone before u pull it apart so u know how it goes back together
