electrical problem on titan circular saw?

i Have an electrical titan circular saw and every time i try to use it it blows a fuse. Can you please help me.

when you go and use your saw it should draw less than 15amps. some of the typical easy things to look at are the cord & brushes. typically the problem is near the handle. if the tool has brush caps remove them and make sure the brushes have plenty of wear left and look like they are in good condition. next make sure they slide smoothly in the brush holders. once the brushes are out try and inspect the commutator(where brushes make contact with the armature) should be smooth and shiney all the way around.
