any ideas way peugeot streetfight 2 will only tick over and not rev up?

i have a peugeot streetfight 2 50cc 2001 model.
Immobiliser fitted. Engine will start but not rev up could it be cdi unit and is it possible to bypass immobiliser

sorry this is a question... is the cdi unit at fault or the key and barrel? which do I need to change?

thats how the immobiliser works, it will start but not rev up, your key is not recognised by the immobiliser system!
