how can i find whats wrong with my rover200?

rover 200 V reg.It has new plugs all contacts are clean sparking ok fuel pump ok fuses ok fuel cutoff not activated starter motor turning but the car will not start. I did get it to start drove ok then started to cut out

My heater isn't working, and I can't find which fuse the heater runs off to see whether it is the fuse or the fan causing the problem? Where can I locate the right fuse in the fuse box?

The spark plugs are wet. At least that's something ruled out! Thanks

Is fuel actually getting into the cylinders? i.e are the spark plugs wet when removed? If the plugs are dry you need to check if the injector/ injectors are operating.
