Could be a blocked metrix?
remove top, then the lower front pannel and left side (do it outside as water is going to leek)
free the plastic metrix and crefully remove pipes and wires
(now you whish you had taken it outside!)
Flush out the metrix with a power washer or hose
Re fit and test.
