Repair/bypass broken timer on Select 610 by Diplomat?

The timer has broken on my Select 610 by Diplomat and has therefore left my oven in a permanent state of 'OFF'.

There are 4 wires coming out of the back of the timer, 3 of them brown and 1 of them blue. If the timer costs a fair bit to replace, how do I rewire the oven to bypass the timer alltogether? I'm not really that bothered if I can use it or not.

Hi Al, did you manage to find the fix for this at all? I am having the same problem. Thanks
