I have a Bolen 15hp riding mower that won't crank or roll when in neutral. model #13AM662F163, It is a 38" cut. I have soaked the carb overnight, new fuel line, new filter, checked the vent in the fuel tank cap, new plug. What else could it be?

you have to pull the blade height big lever toward you to disengage the cutoff switch before the starter will engage. Now I need someone to tell me how to replace the drive belt on this same mower. thanks. oZ
