Hi, I have the same model. Mine blew the overload relay. It is a small relay located under the little black box that is connected to the compressor which is large round black tank located at the bottom rear of the fridge . Cost about 30.00 to replace. May want to check it after unplugging unit. Hope this helps. Let me know.

Sorry I don't have an answer but mine did the same thing!
I have a side by side and now all of my food is thawing and
the refrigerator part is warm. I have no clue what is wrong.
