Hi my Rover 214 K reg starts and runs fine for 3 mins and then just switches off and then I have to wait for 15 mins to get it going again, then it does it again. I have changed the coil. When it stalls then there is no spark at the plugs but there is fuel at the carb, please help as im really stuck, thanks

most likely the engine mangement relay (yellow)try changing there fairly cheap

Does it do this all the time, or can you get it running for longer at any point?
You've narrowed it down to the ignition system. Could be a faulty ECU. You can pick them up pretty cheaply on ebay.
