How can I fix my pull starter on my mini motorcycle it is a 49cc

if the coil inside is spun out then that means the cord wont retract. what you need to do is unscrew the pullstart and carefully take the centre screw out of the front plate and becareful because as soon as you lift the plate off the coil will shoot out. once you have the face plate off and the coil is out carefully re-wrap the coil around the back of the plate and then just put it all back together and screw it back on. but this is alot harder than you think and i would personally recomend buying a new one.
