The spin does not remove the excess water on clothes, and the fluff filter is always full of water after a wash.

I am asuming there is a blockage in the fluff filter, and have cleaned the plastic filter cage, but the water still does not flow out.

How do I release the water?

Your drain pipe is either..
Blocked
Got a kink
or
The water cannot flow to the drain through the pipe.

The first two are easy enough to fix
The third.. fit a one-way valve into the drain pipe!
