I was driving along and my rover was chugging, it then stopped. When I try to start it up again it sounds like its ready to start, but it is just not getting that last kick to fully start.

unfortunatly u have a injected engin wich are very hard to diagnose without diognostic equipment try first replacing the fuel filter it could be bunged up then move to the plugs /leads and distributer cap and roter arm ,ther aint much u can do after this without sereos help from a garage.
