weve had a melcom for years 4 but weve had on and of faults so supplier said fit anew bell box did that ,most of the faults happened during the night anyway not work fitted another bell box still same so got new keypad andpanel but no keypad tamper fault again repaced battrey same even with allsensors and bellbox disconnected help please its a melcom st 6550

Hi,

go back to basics

disconnect all cables and label while removing them.

connect only keypad , mains power , and battery

put correct End of line resisters in to sector inputs ...

default panel to factory defaults

arm the panel and leave for a week, if no false alarms assume panel is ok

add one detector at a time and test. add sirens/bells last....
