How can I fix my washer dryer TKL 9290?

After my washing machine has finished its cycle, when I open the fabrics softener draw it hasn't been used and my washing is hard.

Something sound blocked, if you take the drawer out and check it isn't blocked up that may help. I have one too and I need an instruction manual do you have one?
