there is no suction and the hoover is under a year old (lost receipt so no warrenty) ive changed the bag and checked the hose which appears ok???

Hi.

Henry is a very basic machine the only parts that can block are metal pipes the flexi hose or the floor tool it will be one of them.
To prove this unscrew flexi hose from machine & switch on now place your hand over oppening it should have good suction.
