how can i fix my renault espace locking?

the central locking systen has gone down via the key remote and every time i press the button to deactivate the imobilser the digital dash dies so i have to unplug the dash and plug back to get it to work

turn off your alarm via key then lock doors and unlock,turn alarm back on by key ..should reset system..
