how do i fix my indesit dv620 dishwasher?

two lights are flashing on my diswasher _the"wash" button and the "drying" button. The handbook tells me to turn it off and call for assistance but i cant find any customer services numbers. do you know what the problem is and can i fix it myself?

Dishwasher finishes but the number 4 light is flashing leaving the dishes not finished properly although the water all drained seems the Eco part has not finished
