After a paper jam in my epson Stylus photo R360 it now says refer to handbook which says return to supplier. Is there a switch that tells it the paper is still jammed up?

Hi,
I had the same problem, what i did was push a piece of photopaper through the paper feed at size A4 and the problem was solved.
Not very technical but it may help you
