First you have to establish if the seal is replaceable,turn back the sealfrom the inside to the out side of the door to see how it is fixed.If you can see screws holding it is replaceable if no screws it's a door complete.Manufacture will be the best bet.
There are some universal seals for screw fitting but are not as good as origional.
