NO heat but thermostat light by switch shows on. Is this likely to be element or thermostat please? Any instructions for how to do the job?

The element, as had a simplar problem on my smeg range cooker,
Not hard to replace just remove the back panel (4 screws) and then three on the element and disconect wires on the back. Please remember to switch off the whole oven before starting. Elements range between £20 - £30 depeding on model
