Hi

We have purchased a new property and there is no alarm manual. Also, we were not given the alarm code.

Where can we obtain a user manual from and how can we reset the alarm?

It's an OPTIMA XM

TRY reset, reset, 1234, enter. or reset, reset, 9999,enter. to get back to default settings.
