Charlescraft Breadmaker won't start (Model: TS-248S)?

I got a second hand breadmaker without the manual. I've made 1 loaf and it worked well. This time when I pressed start H:HH is displayed. The breadmaker hasn't been used in a week, so I know it is not too hot. Any ideas on how to get it to start?
