My Lexmark 7300 has this number SCH E032806 and I can't print. What can I do?

my lexmark 7300 is making an awful noise when i switch it on, its currently off, but when i turn it on it makes a constant horrible noise. what could be the cause?

Since my reply I found a Vista driver for the 7350 printer which may work ok for you, you have nothing to lose by trying it .... find it here :-

It seems Lexmark don't yet have a Vista driver for your printer.... check out the following. :-
