SPEEDFIGHT 100, NO FUEL FLOWING THROUGH FROM FUEL TAP?

HI, I HAVE NO FUEL FLOWING FROM THE FUEL TAP. THIS IS A BIKE I BOUGHT TO DO UP AND WHEN I PICKED IT UP I KICKED TH ENGINE OVER & FUEL CAME OUT OF PERISHED TUBE, HAVE NOW REPLACED AND NOTHING. CAN ANY ONE TEL ME IF THERE IS A VACUME HOSE & WHERE IT SHOULD BE CONNECTED?

Yes there are 2 tubes top one is vacum connect to manafold bottom one is petrol connect to carb

the fuel tap should have two outlets on it, the lower one is for the vacuum pipe, the upper one for fuel flow, fuel should not flow from it unless the engine is running, or you are sucking on the vacuum pipe
