Maurice ...I take it you mean the carbon brushes? You'll first need to locate the motor. Look for the plastic bits that clip the brushes into the motor. Use a dumpy straight screwdriver to carefully lever the clip that prevents them from coming out and then remove them carefully and then disconnect the single wire. The new ones will be sprung shut so you may have to release the carbon brush by bending a small brass tang once they have been fitted.
