My boyfriend entered the wrong code more than four times and I cannot reset the alarm with the correct code. Is there anyway I can reprogram a new code?

It sounds like the panel was programmed for keypad tamper - any more than 4 attempts at a code it will go into tamper mode. Also it sounds like its also programmed for Engineer reset on tamper so you will need engineering access to clear this problem. As has been said before if you dont have a user code an engineer will need to recode the panel for you.

unfortunately you cant change the code on a veritas panel without knowing the origional code - however it is possible to default the panel but that would mean a total reprogramme, any more advise required , email paul.shade@ntlworld.com
